OpenPanel community

When providing feedback or when you feel the need to communicate with the developers from openpanel, there are a few channels which were created specially for that purpose:

IRC

The Openpanel developers will reside in the #openpanel on irc.oftc.net We will be able to help you interactively with the issues you encounter. Please be adviced that for a decent bugreport we urge you to use the bugtracker.

Bugtracker (external site)

When reporting a bug, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Try to reproduce the bug for at least one time
• Please give an accurate description of the bug
  e.g. "When i click it doesn't work" would really not help at all.
• Be verbose; when the application crashed try running it again in gdb or attach the core-dump to the ticket

Mailinglist

When you like to discuss issues you encounter while using OpenPanel, have tips for (future) users, or have a good feature request for the next release of OpenPanel, we invite you to discuss this on our mailinglist. Send an empty email message to openpanel-users-subscribe@lists.openpanel.com to subscribe to this list.
