Operating Systems

The initial OpenPanel release supports the following platforms:

RedHat Enterprise Linux 4 and CentOS 4
Debian GNU/Linux 4
Ubuntu 7.10 and 8.04

Further releases will allow the system to run on Solaris and FreeBSD as well. A version of the software will also become available for the Microsoft Windows® platform. This will enable users to add hosting products based on ASP or other Microsoft technologies.
